Minimum 2 years of spa or wellness leadership experience, preferably within a luxury, boutique, or Forbes-rated property
Proven ability to lead with professionalism, empathy, and calm authority
Passion for holistic wellness and the healing power of hospitality
Willingness to perform administrative and front desk duties as needed in a hands-on environment
Familiarity with spa booking platforms such as Book4Time (or similar systems)
Highly organized with strong communication and guest engagement skills
CPR/First Aid certification preferred
A background in massage therapy, esthetics, or energy work is a plus
This role requires the ability to:
Stand or walk for extended periods throughout the workday
Lift and transport up to 25 lbs, including retail items and spa supplies
Occasionally bend, reach, stoop, and climb stairs in a multi-level spa facility
Use a computer, telephone, and POS/reservation system regularly
Work indoors and outdoors in a natural, coastal environment with variable weather conditions
