Job Description

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of spa or wellness leadership experience, preferably within a luxury, boutique, or Forbes-rated property

  • Proven ability to lead with professionalism, empathy, and calm authority

  • Passion for holistic wellness and the healing power of hospitality

  • Willingness to perform administrative and front desk duties as needed in a hands-on environment

  • Familiarity with spa booking platforms such as Book4Time (or similar systems)

  • Highly organized with strong communication and guest engagement skills

  • CPR/First Aid certification preferred

  • A background in massage therapy, esthetics, or energy work is a plus

Physical Requirements

This role requires the ability to:

  • Stand or walk for extended periods throughout the workday

  • Lift and transport up to 25 lbs, including retail items and spa supplies

  • Occasionally bend, reach, stoop, and climb stairs in a multi-level spa facility

  • Use a computer, telephone, and POS/reservation system regularly

  • Work indoors and outdoors in a natural, coastal environment with variable weather conditions
