Position Summary:

The Salon & Spa Manager oversees daily operations, team performance, and overall guest experience. This role supports both the owner and service providers by maintaining systems, leading with accountability, and fostering a positive culture of education and excellence. The manager ensures the salon runs efficiently while meeting business goals in service, retail, and client retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily salon and spa operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Supervise and mentor front desk and service staff to maintain company standards.
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, and client flow systems.
• Manage team meetings, performance reviews, and goal tracking.
• Monitor service and retail sales reports to achieve targets.
• Handle client concerns with professionalism and problem-solving.
• Maintain compliance with NYS Labor and sanitation laws.
• Collaborate with the owner on marketing, promotions, and staff development.
• Promote and uphold La Belle Salon & Spa’s culture, values, and brand image.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of management experience in a salon, spa, or hospitality setting preferred but not required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in POS/salon software and scheduling systems.
• Passion for team development and guest service.
• NYS Cosmetology License preferred but not required.
