Key Responsibilities
- Contact warm leads via phone to set appointments for estate planning consultations
- Utilize autodialers and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage leads and track progress
- Follow scripts, handle objections, and connect authentically with diverse individuals
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a smooth handoff to our consultants
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of outbound appointment setting experience
- At least 1 year of experience working remotely
- Experience in the financial services sector is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Familiarity with autodialers and CRM systems
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
