Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Health Care team. The RN will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in their homes, focusing on recovery, chronic condition management, and promoting independence. Responsibilities:
- Work with patients and their families to provide individualized care as specified by the physician's orders and care plan
- Evaluate the health status of patients in order to give appropriate nursing care
- Implement appropriate treatments and medications to ensure timely recovery
- Monitor the healing process of patients and adjust care accordingly
- Monitor patients’ medications and their reactions as per the doctor's orders
- Provide emotional support and advocate for patient rights
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best patient care
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or higher in nursing
- Currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing
- Two years of nursing experience preferred
- Must have a positive attitude and acceptance of the philosophy and goals of Home Care Wellness LLC
- Must possess the ability to exercise independence and initiative
- At least one year of experience as a nurse is necessary
