Recycling Associate
Pay: $18/hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:15 PM
Location: Tulsa

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Recycling Associate to join our Tulsa team. This position focuses on recycling electronics , including receiving, shipping, sorting, palletizing, and dismantling equipment. The Recycling Associate will work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment , performing physical tasks that involve frequent lifting of materials weighing over 50 pounds while maintaining safety standards.

Job Description & Responsibilities

• Perform recycling tasks such as receiving, sorting, shipping, and dismantling electronic equipment.
• Work with electronic waste, metals, batteries, and other recyclable materials .
• Use hand and power tools for repetitive tasks such as disassembly and palletizing.
• Follow all safety protocols in a safety-sensitive work environment .
• Maintain team collaboration to meet recycling goals and production targets.
• The Recycling Associate may also assist with inventory, warehouse organization, and learning opportunities with materials and metals.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Combination of training, education, and experience that demonstrates the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Ability to perform manual labor including standing, bending, squatting, and repetitive tasks.
• Must be comfortable working in non-climate-controlled environments .
• Strong focus on teamwork and reliability .

• Perfect Attendance Bonus : Paid weekly — $40 if not tardy or absent .
