About the Role

We’re looking for a Web Developer with strong Webflow and/or Framer experience to support our team on a part-time, freelance basis (around 5 hours per week) over the next 3 months. If you're a creative problem-solver with a strong eye for design and the technical know-how to bring websites to life, we’d love to hear from you.

This is a flexible, remote-friendly role — ideal for freelancers or developers looking to collaborate with a creative agency on impactful projects.

What You’ll Do

• Design and build responsive, visually engaging websites using Webflow and/or Framer

• Transform design mockups into functional, interactive web experiences

• Work collaboratively with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to bring projects to life

• Engage with clients to understand their needs and feedback

• Optimize websites for performance, SEO, accessibility, and responsiveness

• Troubleshoot bugs and maintain existing websites as needed

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience using Webflow and/or Framer
• A portfolio that demonstrates strong design sensibility and technical skills
• Solid understanding of responsive design, UI/UX best practices, and modern web trends
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (a bonus, not required)
• Comfortable using design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch
• Experience with animations, custom components, and basic integrations is a strong plus
