The Nonprofit Donation Specialist is a key member of the development team, responsible for processing and managing incoming donations, maintaining accurate donor records, and ensuring an excellent giving experience for all supporters. This position is crucial in supporting the organization’s fundraising efforts through efficient handling of contributions and thoughtful donor stewardship.
Fluent English speaking and writing.
At least 6–12 months of customer service or call center experience .
Excellent listening and communication skills.
Typing speed of 30+ WPM with good accuracy.
Ability to follow scripts and procedures precisely.
Prior experience with fundraising, nonprofit support, or handling sensitive donor interactions.
