Job Description
Calvin Electric is GROWING and in need of Journeyman Electricians.
Locally owned and operated, Calvin Electric LLC specializes in commercial, industrial, and institutional electrical projects. We also have a residential services division.
Job Type: Full-time.
Qualifications:
- Trade or Apprenticeship Certificate with OJT hours complete.
- OSHA 10 Certificate (Preferred).
- Understand National Electric Code NFPA70.
- Demonstrate excellence in customer service.
- Strong communication skills.
- Must have a basic understanding of electrical tools.
- Must be able to twist, bend, reach, lift, push, pull, or stand regularly.
- Demonstrate proficiency in wiring devices, installing light fixtures, installation of PVC, EMT, and Rigid Conduit.
- Must be able to follow directions, read from blueprints, work well with others, and communicate with supervisors.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
- Current valid driver's license.
