Job Description:
We are seeking an IT Technical Support Specialist to provide ongoing user support and troubleshoot IT issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer hardware and software, network maintenance, and a passion for enhancing employee productivity through technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and support workstation software, hardware, and peripherals.
- Analyze user needs and enhance efficiency and accuracy in IT operations.
- Execute system and network design and implementation while ensuring seamless integration.
- Train employees on software and hardware usage and provide ongoing technical support.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies to maintain cutting-edge operations.
Required Skills:
- Proficient in troubleshooting MS Office 365, VPN, Adobe, and McAfee.
- Experience with computer peripheral devices, including printers and scanners.
- Skilled in resolving issues on desktops, laptops, and Surface Pros.
- Knowledge of working in an Active Directory domain environment.
- Basic networking knowledge and command-line troubleshooting capabilities.
