+ Programs custom functions and documentation such as automated queries, filters, macros, and reports.
+ Prepare advanced reports and presentations from audits and discrepancy reports on findings.
+ Perform ad-hoc reviews of structured and unstructured data across multiple data sources.
+ Use advanced knowledge of HCM systems to extract insights.
+ Create reports to identify patterns and insights from datasets that are pulled from various payroll, benefits and additional vendors.
+ Apply advanced knowledge to seek and develop new, better methods for accomplishing both individual and department objectives.
+ Monitor trends and act on high-risk areas of concern.
4 years of HRIS experience.
Preferred UKG Backoffice experience.
