**Responsibilities:**

* All administrative parts of the coaching business
* Email Management
* Managing calendar and to-do list
* Run Zoom and online webinars
* Virtual coaching – Marketing, billing, collecting payment
* Send Reminders to Take Attendance
* Routine Workflow Activities – Feedback From Team (Research Customer Service Issues)
* Complete Routine Daily/Weekly Tasks
* Assist w/ Help Desk/Customer Service emails – Assign or Respond with Templated Answers
* Maintain Event Registration Information (Follow up Emails) – Adding Bulk Registrations
* New Instructor Onboarding Tasks/Tagging

**Qualification:**

* 1-2 years experience in the related field

**Compensation**

* Can earn up to $1000 - $1500

**Location**

* Fully Remote
