Job Description

We are a fast-paced, patient-focused dental practice seeking a Dental Insurance Coordinator who can hit the ground running. If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a collaborative team environment—we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify dental insurance coverage and eligibility.
  • Submit and track insurance claims and pre-authorizations.
  • Accurately post EOBs and reconcile accounts.
  • Communicate with insurance companies and patients regarding benefits and balances.
  • Support front desk with scheduling and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Dental Insurance Coordinator (no training provided).
  • Proficiency in Eaglesoft software is required.
  • Strong understanding of PPO plans, fee schedules, and claim processing.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
