We are a fast-paced, patient-focused dental practice seeking a Dental Insurance Coordinator who can hit the ground running. If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a collaborative team environment—we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify dental insurance coverage and eligibility.
- Submit and track insurance claims and pre-authorizations.
- Accurately post EOBs and reconcile accounts.
- Communicate with insurance companies and patients regarding benefits and balances.
- Support front desk with scheduling and administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Dental Insurance Coordinator (no training provided).
- Proficiency in Eaglesoft software is required.
- Strong understanding of PPO plans, fee schedules, and claim processing.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
