We’re seeking a motivated and people-focused AT&T Sales Agent to join their team in Lombard, IL . This is a face-to-face sales role where you'll help customers find the best wireless solutions to fit their needs.
What You’ll Do:
Engage with customers in person to identify their wireless needs and recommend AT&T products and service plans.
Assist with activations, upgrades, and current promotional offers.
Stay informed on AT&T product releases and pricing updates.
Support team sales efforts while maintaining a positive in-store experience.
Deliver high-level customer service to build loyalty and satisfaction.
