Job Overview:
Banyan Living is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Property Manager to join our team. In this role, you will assist in the overall operation of our residential properties, ensuring a high standard of service and maintaining a vibrant community for our residents.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct resident tours, manage application processes, and coordinate move-ins and move-outs.
- Handle daily administrative tasks including rent collection, maintenance scheduling, and resident correspondence.
- Assist in the marketing of available units through online platforms and community events.
- Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance resident satisfaction.
- Support the Property Manager in achieving financial goals and maintaining property compliance.
Qualifications:
- Experience in property management or a related customer service role preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with residents and team members.
- Familiarity with property management software, Yardi experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as necessary.
Requirements

Knowledge of local housing regulations is beneficial.
